The target of this project is to assess the installed infrastructure in order to develop a migration scenario and mitigation plan to relocated the affected site.All PM Service requirements described in the project management contracting framework annex C have to be fulfilled.
The migration-projects are highly complex projects with strategic importance for Telefónica. Due to the nature of the project, the candidate needs to be an experienced business consultant. Experience with migration projects and basic skill in network technology (Voice, Transport, IP) is required.
The following experience and skills are required:
Excellent communication skill, support communication within the team
Interact with the overall project management / main project
Basic telecommunication knowledge in mobile- and fixed-line transport technology
Approach project members actively in order to acquire deliverables
Operate self motivated within given constraints
Awareness for overall project – processes
Pick-up and manage issues proactively, track issues / tasks
Risk management and regular risk reporting
Generate regular status reports
Organize regular meetings with project team (status-meeting)
Active use of project tools: inventory lists (MS-Office), initialize measures (NetSite)
Generate reports, analyze reports (MS-Office)

The expected duration of the project is 369 working days to 30.09.2014). The project management effort is approx 40% i.e. 150 MWDs. The location for the implementation of the project is Hamburg. Principle readiness to travel is required.
