System Engineer - contract - location Munich, details as below:
Skills requirements:
- knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Task Sequencing)
- knowledge in administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Computer and User Accounts
- knowledge of Microsoft Operating System (Windows 2008 R2 RDS and Windows 7, Multilanguage)
- knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies
- knowledge of Scripting/programming (VBS, Powershell, C# )
- strong analysing skills for Incident and performance issues
- knowledge of Citrix Products (XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.6, Provisioning Server)
- knowledge of virtualisation technologie (VMWARE ESX/VSPHERE)
- knowledge of Appsense Management Suite
- Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, )
- Fluent English, written and spoken (German language knowledge NOT required but of advantage)
Tasks/Activities:
- Design of dedicated virtual Client
- Creation of the virtual client images using SCCM
- Configuration of the clients using AppSense and Policies
- 3rd Level incident and problem handling
- Taking part in relevant Meetings with Project Management and alignment meetings with other work streams
- Support work stream lead in creating and updating slide decks, documentations, timelines
- Create process documentation
- Working on incidents regarding dedicated Client df
