Tätigkeit:We are looking for an experienced PMO (m/w) for one of our clients within the banking sector. Project Description: The IT Security Project Portfolio Management team, located within Bank's IT Security Division, is looking for a PMO specialist. The team governs the IT Security Project Portfolio. In close relationship with the program sponsor, program directors and project managers the team is responsible for providing executive oversight by creating regular portfolio, program and project reports, guiding the responsible program directors/project managers and ensuring that required updates in the bank's IT project portfolio mgmt. systems are made in time and quality, tracking delivery against defined objectives, key milestones and key deliverables, preparing and conducting regular program / project review meetings and supporting the definition of the project portfolio 2014 in the yearly project planning cycle. Deliverables: the generation of automated status reports for IT Security portfolio, programs and projects including plausibility / consistency and quality checks, the preparation, coordination and execution of regular program/project review meetings including agenda, meeting set-up, action items, etc., regular communication and guidance of program directors and project managers regarding their program/project entries in Clarity, on the project portfolio Sharepoint, related systems and processes (e.g. change process to existing project portfolio, etc.), acting as interface to overall program / project management teams within the bank as well as to related PMO oversight functions in IT Security, tracking and quality check of scope, milestones, deliverables, budget, risks, issues, benefit drivers, action items, etc., in depth reviews and status assessments of selected programs /projects, liaising with Business Management to ensure that clear and transparent financial controls are in place for the related budget including regular financial reports for the program/project portfolio, maintenance and enhancement of existing systems (e.g. Sharepoints), reports and other documents (e.g. masterlists, guidelines, etc.), support the definition of the project portfolio 2014 in the yearly project planning cycle and further develop program / project portfolio management principles and framework by which IT Security program directors / project managers shall operate, including set-up, governance, reporting, tool use and documentation standards. Skills: Proven work experience and expertise in IT topics (min. 2 years), proven track record of working in the financial services industry, experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones, hereby handling multiple tasks simultaneously, experience in Project Portfolio Management, especially with associated governance processes, strong PMO / Project Management skills, including a good understanding and experience of risk, issue and change management processes, experience with program / project reporting to a variety of different audiences and understanding the difference in reporting requirements, program, PMO or project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, P3M), a self-starter with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, education to degree level or equivalent, excellent comprehension skills and focused work attitude, excellent English skills (verbally and in writing), basic German skills, excellent Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Sharepoint skills, preferably knowledge of Clarity or any other comparable program / project governance tools.
