Project description: Senior Consultant for IT Asset Management is required due to data center ordering centralization and globalization duties in EMEA.
Resource is needed for HW ordering and sizing / HANA, HANA Taskforce / Server standarization in EMEA.
Tasks include:
- Collecting customer requirements for the specific sever request, transforming these requirements into technical details/configurations and sending out enquiries to vendors.
- examination and evaluation of incoming offers
- starting internal ordering process and keeping the customer informed about delivery status.
Resource (Senior Cons/Proj.Mgr.) should have good English skills as well as accounting knowledge. Therefore new resources will be needed to handle all incoming server requests like server enquiries and server ordering .
Additionally, the resource will act as consultants in terms of sizing and standardization. The team is responsible for available capacity and for ordering servers for other departments.
* IT Asset Lifecycle management

* Experience in IT Procurement
* Project-/Program-Management Experience
* ITIL V3 is a plus
* Strong Communication Skills, Technical Skills
* English Language: business fluent is mandatory
