Functional Consultant SAP CRM Marketing
Skills:
SAP-CRM-Sales & Service
SAP CRM 7.0, Segmentation & List Management, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Marketing Analytics
Project: The role requires deep understanding of Marketing processes, particularly Segmentation, Campaign and Lead Management, and Marketing Analystics, as well as previous experience with similar implementations with SAP CRM in a global environment. During the development of the SAP CRM Prototype, this role will be supported by a Technical Consultant with more hands-on implementation experience.
Task: Our client plans to start a new Marketing Campaign and Lead Management project based on SAP CRM:
Development of a Prototype with SAP CRM Marketing functionality based on gathered and documented Requirements
Facilitation of Requirement Analysis workshops with clients IT and Business using the developed Prototype
Documentation of additional Business Requirements and Change Requests to be developed in the new release
Conducting a Fit/Gap Analysis against SAP CRM Standard
Creation of Functional Design for the identified Requirements and Change Requests
SAP CRM 7.0 with EhP1 is already in use at the client in the Sales area."
