Site Solution Manager - Germany
A Site Solution/Civil Works Manager (Bauleiter) is urgently needed in Nürnberg on contract basis for one of our clients, an international telecommunications company. Good German and English language skills are essential for this role. Start is ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing cluster conditions for sites build and ongoing projects requiring infrastructure work
- Analyze and evaluate planned projects
- Evaluate and propose possible planning for 2013 site activities within cluster
- Risk and issue analysis for construction to different project types
- Evaluate market situation on construction for telecom sites and propose forecasted cost trend
- Support requirement definition for partner outsourcing
- Support partner evaluation and selection
- Prepare whole document set for project regarding construction
- Prepare and evaluate quality and SLA definitions
- Support solution finding and carry out consultancy for partner in tech issues
- Support process and SOW definition with TG and fiber carriers
- Manage site solution deployment
- Quality and quotation control of the subcontractor
- Check quality of partner deliverables
Requirements:
- Good working experience in Civil Works in Mobile telecoms
- Good knowledge of Site Design/Site Solution
- Good German and English language skills
