For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Consultant (m/w) Service Integration based in Berlin.
Tasks:
Analysis and Definition of possible IS Service Integration Models within a multi-sourcing environment
Understand current outsorucing market and trends specifically on Service Integration (references, concrete examples with rational behind)
Understand the clients perspective/status quo, validate history (with CSC and others on outsorucing) and IS capability/maturity for different scenarios (we will build on some work already done, not all from scratch)
Analyse impact from our multi-sourcing future on IS services (definition and management models) on operations, projects, governance, ... based on Focus-IS vision and overall BT-/IS-Strategy
Define and vaildate possible scenarios on IS services
Build a foundation for a solid recommendation on IS Service Integration
Get advise on an execution framework (define steps, overall plan, Change Management, Governance,....) in order to implemet the recommendation
Detailed requirements:
Experience of Supplier Integration in Multi-Vendor Environments
Knowledge of impact of Organizational Change & Transition
Proven effective stakeholder management and communication
Proven to have worked in a fast pace and dynamic work environment
