Die Aufgaben:

* Accountable for the management of the defined projects
* ensure the projects are delivered on time, that defined specifications
are fully met and that the defined costs are realized
* To be the primary technical and project point of contact for the
suppliers, the internal organisation and also the customer for defined
* Ensure appropriate level of communication to all stakeholders, know how
and when to escalate issues when required
* Provide regular reports on progress of projects against budget and plan.
* To ensure new processes are designed to optimise efficiency and
operability to minimise product costs.
* Provide technical advice and instructions in response to unplanned
events or observations.
* If needed on site presence at the supplier during defined timelines
* Develop project plans and ensure that these are tracked and met
* Flow up of financial status
* Indentify cost saving opportunities related to CMO flows
* Support all other internal departments for the defined projects
* Deputize for CMO Manager
* Health & Safety Contribute to ensuring that safe systems of work are in
operation within the projects

* To set standards for the defined projects in relation to technical and
pharmaceutical requirements and to challenge current practices and
seek 'best practice' in manufacturing operations.
* Provide expert advice for technical and pharmaceutical requirements
* Ensure processes are designed to allow compliance with GMP requirements
and achievement of consistent quality attributes taking into account
additional specific customer requirements
* Monitor and review product quality data to ensure the processes operate
as designed and products have their intended attributes.
* Initiate and implement corrective actions to unplanned events or
observations in relation to product quality.
* Ensure that documentation is available in support of process validation.

* Ensure that information is provided on processes to allow product
costing calculations to be made accurately and good commercial
decisions to be made.
* Understand product cost structures and direct improvement efforts by
process chemists and technical support staff.
* To contribute to business plans and to interpret and communicate
business strategy & plans to team members in an effective manner

Specific skills (Include specific skills and knowledge necessary to meet the objectives of the position)

* Bachelor's Degree/Phd in a Scientific discipline is required
* Sound knowledge of technology transfer procedures and processes
* Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, in particular in aseptic manufacturing
* Excellent project management and analytical skills, attention to detail and adherence to budgetary guidelines are essential
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary cross-company teams and achieve consensus
* Strong communication skills will be required
* Able to managel complex projects
