For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Consultant (f/m) Cross Domain Infrastructure based in Berlin:

Tasks:

  • Day to day activities, escalations/troubleshooting, and in some cases in projects.

  • The workplace is at SBU

  • Consultants will be working on day to day activities, escalations/troubleshooting, they must possess the ability to own and troubleshoot a problem from start to finish (without being the hands / rather guide our 3rd party suppliers)

  • We are looking for 8 years experience minimum and require experience in a multi national environment with all blends of IS architecture and also have worked in a project engineer delivery role previously.

  • Minimum 5 years experience of all of them and need experience in a large environment (multiple sites/ country)

Experiences & detailed requirements:

  • Monitoring Tools - End2End

  • Experience in Network & Telecom and Server & Storage domains in order to be able to troubleshoot complex problems if required

  • ITIL processes

  • Document management

  • Broad technical management and guidance supporting the IS Operations and leading 3rd party suppliers

  • Ensure support for IS projects, identifying and contributing to the implementation of the best fit for purpose infrastructure

  • Comprehensive understanding of IT Project Management in a multi vendor environment

  • Ability to analyse problems, suggest solutions and translate them into a solution driven approach /  technical skills across multiple disciplines (Server & Storage, Network & Telecom, and End User devices)

  • Capacity and performance management
