Beschreibung
Experienced consultant SAP HR PA and OM.
The position is located in an international team and provides global operation of the according SAP HCM components
Skills:
. High knowledge within SAP-HR PA and OM
Candidate should be proficient in evaluation, reassignment, and solution-finding of end-user problems in the areas of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management, which are implemented on a SAP-HR system (ECC 6.0)
. Broad experience with all HCM components including customizing, transactions and reports
. Good Understanding of HR Actions
. Experienced with ABAP programming and debugging
. General knowledge of all SAP HR HCM modules is highly recommended.
Add On Qualifications:
. Experience with Incident Management and application support
. Knowledge of ITIL (Best Practices)
. SAP-HR process knowledge (Payroll, Time Management, Authorization)
. Understanding of SAP Notes and Releases
Basic Skills:
. High analytical capabilities
. Good teamwork
. Good communication skills
. Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
