Our Client is focused on delivery of IT services such as, but not limited to traditional IT outsourcing, application and business process outsourcing and requires a senior service management professional to join their Service Management Reporting team with strong CA Business Service Insight, previously Oblicore Guarantee, experience for SLA Management and reporting solutions.
Essential skills:
- Knowledge/experience of working with BSI, Compute Associates Business Service Insight, previously Oblicore.
Preferred skills:
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a must; intermediate or higher ITIL certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in practicing service management, 3 years in SLAs, OLAs, and KIPs reporting.
- Proficient in communicating with audience at all levels including process users, service support staff, executives, and external customers.
- Experienced in report definition and generation processes, printed reports, web reports, self-service ad hoc reports.
Job duties include:
- Integrate the process and the enabling technology into a complete solution.
- Enhance the usability and acceptance of the solution.
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the solution.
- Ensure all relevant documentation are produced and properly maintained.
