Project description: Customer is migrating their production IT systems and approximately 2,500 employees to a new building based in Frankfurt during 2014. As part of the migration program the subco ist contracted to provide an Office Move Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist with the relocation planning for employees.
Required skills:
The Project Manager will be required to collect and analyse the requirements for: – the set-up of IT office equipment – the move of IT office equipment, – the business areas in the scope, – necessary pre/post-relocation activities, • dependency with other project/activities (VMS/telephony, Windows7) • specific areas (meeting rooms, NCB offices, ICDC, etc) • Make recommendations based on best practice
