Quantity Surveyor Civil Works
Job description
* Offer checking and correction
* Variance analysis of the costs incurred at each site relative to the offer calculation
* Monitor and evaluate the performance records filed in samples based on cost parameters
* Budget control based on reports provided to the consumption values (material and Diestleistungen) at sites
* Representation and continuation of the project costs averaged over the duration of the project
* Acquisition of contractual deviations due to cost variations, scoring and reporting to the Contract Management
* Support for the development or revision of specifications along with the ASP Management
* Creation of technical bulletins for the area Civil Works
* Single point of contact for the team members of the deployment areas for performance levels and content, as well as for additional services
* Evaluation of costs lists the regions regarding non-contractual compliant services
* Reporting the results of individual project management, Regional Project Management and Contract Management
* Specialist technical review and approval of additional offers from subcontractors
* Identification and establishment of design variants for cost reduction in cooperation with the Technical Back Office
* Technical consultation with the customer in question to infrastructure (Civil Works)
* Participation in key project meetings
* Collaborate with other departments or line organizations to develop highly technical issues
* Preparation and implementation of civil engineering instruction and training
Conditions for this activity:
* Structural engineering/business management degree or equivalent qualification
* Many years of experience and good understanding of assembly processes in the development of telecommunications networks and their components
* Basic knowledge of financial mathematics, knowledge of market prices in the mobile
* Experience in definition of processes
* Structured approach, business thinking and cost awareness
* Basic knowledge of Quality Management
* Process-oriented approach
* Good communication skills, teamwork
* Good knowledge of English
