For a financial institution in Luxembourg we are currently seeking for a BUAT Test Manager who is responsible for the UAT testing environment and the BUAT testing execution.
Task:
- Gathers and reviews project information (Business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications)
- Organizes scope meetings with Business Analysts experts, IT experts, Business stakeholder experts
- Elaborates BUAT Testing approach and phases (System, System Integration, End to End/Model Office), Testing scope, High Level scenarios and test cases
- Planning and estimation of business testing (BUAT)
- Gets agreement on BUAT testing approach, scope and execution planning
- Is responsible for UAT environment and data set up / data management
- Defines test tools, results capture and storage
- Is responsible for BUAT testing execution: performs testing according to test cases and manages business resources
- Interacts with business analysis team for description of issues and potential CMR writing in case of changes needed, as well to understand critically and priority of the issues
- Interacts with IT team to escalate bugs found during testing, prioritizes and plans bug fixes deliveries
- Provides regular testing status updates / reports
- Produces a testing result document for sign off with project team and business sponsor / steering committee.
- Participates to pre/post implementation tasks (set-up, set-up forms design, training, procedures)
Profile:
- 8 - 10 years experience in fund accounting industry and testing environment
