Leadership
· Plans and oversees the daily activities of a team.

Problem Solving:
· Resolves problems requiring broad-based analysis.
o Researches, selects and applies appropriate standards.
o Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action and alternatives.

· Presents problem analysis and recommends solutions in a creative and logical manner.
Guidance:
· Provides leadership support to team ensuring that assigned team members meet or exceed goals.
· Prepares basic budget reports, assures timeline compliance, and develops staffing models.
· Provides performance and developmental information to senior leadership on assigned staff members.
· Develops modules to be used in presentations to clients and senior leadership.
· Trains or provides training for less experienced staff.
· Oversees data center migrations and major software upgrades.
· Creates cost models and responses to RFP's and RFI's.
· Develops and reviews staffing models to ensure optimum use of resources for projects and steady state support of customers.
· Ensures timeline compliance.
· Prepares financial forecasts and provides monthly variance & regulatory compliance reports.

Relationships:
· Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others.
· Extends capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
· Provides process and policy advice.
o Explains assumptions and methodologies.
o Articulates pros and cons of an action in a clear manner.
o Simplifies difficult concepts for non- technical users.
· Regularly interacts with colleagues or customers generally up to senior level management.

Qualifications
Experience:
· 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
· 2 Years of Leadership Experiance
· Combination of education and work experience.

Skills:
· System Administration and Operating Systems.
· Basic knowledge of Datacenter Operations.
· Basic knowledge of network technologies.
· Basic knowledge of industry standards and audit requirements.
· Software Deployment Management Skills for Kace& MS-AppV
· Skills in Microsoft W2K8R2 ( AD;DNS; DHCP, File Services)
· Skills in SQL Sever
· Flexera Admin Studio Skills
· Skills in Sharepoint
· Skills in Application packaging and Application virtualization
· Basic skills in SW Packaging (MSI)
