Beschreibung
The PM is required to project manage the GENESIS EU Delivery workstream for 2013 through 2016. The goal of this workstream is to support the implementation of a single virtual global instance of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System for personnel administration and global reporting solutions. In addition the goal is to support the delivery on a global Data Warehouse along with global reports and local reports for the EU region. It will be necessary to ensure that all required European Union and Workers Councils agreements are in place to support timely launches.Anforderung:
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Evidence of leading and coaching 'AGILE' projects.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Project Management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Evidence of taking initiative and organising peak workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build close project team relationships.
- English and German
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- Financial/budget management
- Knowledge of the Clarity reporting tool
Supervisory Skills:
- Team Leadership
