Beschreibung
There are currently three number portability systems, none of them providing the full functionality requested by the customer. Therefore a single xNP master system with superior functionality has to be created during the course of this project.Additionally, the Telsis IN system will be end-of-life during 2013 and shall be phased out a.s.a.p.
Since Telsis IN is involved in number portability functionality, all applications and services of this IN system have to be provided by other platforms.
1)Design: Before the solution can be implemented, an analysis has to be done and a technical design has to be created. The design creation process should be coordinated by the project manager.
2)Test & FOA: This objective includes the preparation, execution and documentation of an acceptance test. Additionally, the new solution has to be used in the live network for the first time. Testing activities & first usage in the live network have to be coordinated by the project manager.
3)Rollout: After a successful FOA, the new solution has to be rolled out completely in the live network. The project manager has to organize a smooth rollout of the new system in the live network. Service impact has to be minimized
