For one of our clients we are looking for a OCR Support

Main Task:

Support the client team with daily operations as well as smaller projects in the area of OCR

Task Description:

Support in application management and in the project environment for the system Readsoft and/or Systemsmartfix
- enhancements to the existing solution including the respective components (e.g. scanning) ends

Required skills:

- Several years of experience in the implementation of ECM projects
- Experience when IT approaches in ECM projects
- Depth and wide expertise in the specific ECM environment
- Experience in quality management and support processes
- Distinctive sense of responsibility
- Professional and customer-oriented appearance
- Knowledge of how of the insiders solution with its components function (Configurator, Coordinator, DocumentManager, Verifier, Matchingserver, eMail-import)
- Deep experience in the support and the project implementation of vin Smartfix
- Knowledge of the components involved in molding process, such as SAP CRM, Microsoft Office, databases generally, IXOS EnterpriseScan
- Knowledge in SPL programming, Reporter

Language Abilities: German and English are a must.
