Job description:
Project Managers are accountable for the successful delivery of the project scope in quality, on time and on budget. They assure that projects or programs deliver the defined scope to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs.
Required skills:
- Developing the project plan, managing the project stakeholders, the project team, the project risk, the project schedule, the project budget, actuals, the project forecast, the project conflicts
- Coordinates project staffing in cooperation with line management and partner engagement
Ongoing Effort tracking & Plan - Actual - Forecast alignment w/Budget according to regular F&A Forecast Delivery of IT - Ongoing Feedback to Central IT PO for PMO Service Improvement, PMO Process Improvement & PMO Best Practices Enhancement
- Aligns with the necessary Stakeholder and assures that the defined deliverables are created and agreed on
- Monitors & Delivers required Content for Q-Gate, E2E Project Lifecycle Approvals. Responsible for Q-Gate execution and the coverage of all requirements as outlined in the organization's QA framework including Q-Gate questionnaire and decisions from Q-Gate approvals
- Reports the project status (Overall, Scope, Budget, Staffing, Time line, Sourcing Mix), IT Project KPIs
Resolve issues and mitigate risks; addresses/escalates major issues w/solution & decision proposal to higher management; drives issue solution finding & solution Implementation - Actively manages, monitors and tracks the customer satisfaction
- Accountable to keep central Project Management System (iPOS) up to date on a bi-weekly to monthly basis according to IT PMO Master Events (eg Forecast Process, PRB, Monthly Global IT Board Reviews), central IT Reporting, Upper Management Reporting on Demand
- Change request management
- Partnership Management (eg ensure delivery performance, quality of results and resources, assess status of SoWs on work packages)
