For our customer we are looking for a CRM Senior Consultant.
Start: ASAP
End: End of September
Activity level: Full time
Location: Area of Mannheim (remote max. 1 day/week)
Creation and maintenance of preassembled templates for CRM as basis for cloud-based quick start projects. Activation of RDS packages (incl. HANA related packages): CRM Sales/Service/Marketing, Mobile Sales, Customer Segmentation, Sentiment Intelligence etc.
- Activation of CRM scenarios
- Analysis of country-specific system settings and customizations
- Testing and debugging of SAP CRM solutions
- Creation of documentation and test scripts
Language: English, German
Know-How:
- Experienced CRM consultant
- Experienced in SAP RDS and usage of SAP Solution Builder
- First experiences with SAP HANA
