Aufgabe:Responsible for the full project life-cycle. Taking full ownership from Project Definition, Planning and Execution within the customer's Project Management Guidelines and Policies and in line with the appropriate Financial Approval processes. Disciplines strongly needed in this role are Performance management, Quality management, Risk & Change Management, Resource Planning, Mitigation Planning and Communication planning.
PM with special experiance in Implementation & deployment or Pilot Project in area of engineering Tools like PDM or MCAD and with multi external vendor projects
Leadership Builds and maintains strong relationships with main project stakeholders, sponsors and delivery functions. Works closely with their peers, shares knowledge and mentors others Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and leading virtual teams from across the globe Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solution oriented and Customer focused Proactive and self-motivating working style
Governance Ensures correct controls are applied to ensure successful delivery on time within budget and with an agreed quality. Prepares and facilitates governance meetings. Adheres to the customer?s Project Management Guidelines and Policies. Verifies the Business Case and Challenges the scope to ensure solutions delivered are holistic and robust. Demonstrates financial controls of P/L, cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly. Assures project legal documents are completed and signed. Contributes in the development of governance tools and procedures.
Anforderung:
- 5+ years of project management experience, delivering projects with a success rate of 95% and above
- Solid and broad knowledge about Project Management, software development projects and infrastructure projects.
- Experience creating Business Requirements, Fully resourced Project Plans, Risk Management, Change Management, P/L, Project projections
- Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, Prince2)
- IT management certifications like CGEIT, CISA, ITIL Service Manager or ITIL Expert are an additional asset
- Ability to effectively manage time, project budgets, workloads and resources
