Position: Weblogic Portal Developer

Job Description
- Exposure to J2EE,design patterns and UML Configuring Oracle Portal Developing Oracle workflows Knowledge of portal frameworks and standards like JSR 168,WSRPWeb design, development and testing experience
- Experience in designing enterprise portal based application using Oracle Portal Server
- Working experience integrating applications and databases
- Should be able to design, develop, debug programs independently and mentor others.
- Good understanding of Java EE 5 platform, Annotations, JPA, Dependency injection, EJB 3.0, Web services, JSF 1.2, JSP2.1, Servlet 2.5, JSTL 1.2 and the simpler packaging rules.
- Aware of JMX, JTA.
- Usage of right Design Patterns, proper user, session managements, should also be conversant with developing application with various presentation and persistence models, Performance optimizations, Caching. Should be able to design using J2EE technologies.
- Must be able to create detailed design using UML tools. and ensure good amount of Tool generated code.
- Technically guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC
- OOAD skills Level -1 areas + Familiarity with either one of Jacobson, Booch, Rumbaugh OOAD methodologies, applied it on a project of non-trivial complexity
- Hands-on experience with different UML diagrams and notations etc, familiarity with UML tools and should have used it on at least one project of non-trivial complexity Design Pattern
- Theoretical knowledge of all the GOF design patterns. Abstract Factory, Builder, Factory Method, Prototype, Singleton, Adapter, Bridge, Composite, Decorator, Facade, Flyweight, Proxy, Chain of Responsibility, Command, Interpreter, Iterator, Mediator, Memento, Observer, State, Strategy, Template Method, Visitor
- Portal certified, Convert design to implementation, Application Server and Message Queue (WAS/WMQ) products such as Portal, eCommerce, Integration and Experience of distubuted platforms
