Project description:
We are looking for a Back Office consultant who supports the client´s confirmation team with daily operations tasks.
The confirmation team is part of Back Office. They are responsible for monitoring deals/trades.
Responsibilities:
daily operational tasks within the confirmations team; with focus on deal checks, validation and confirmation
Main task: internal deal check. Identifying deal pairs, validate the pairs in the system, in case of mismatch to highlight and follow up
Support the confirmation analysts with checks on external deals
Checking incoming trade confirmations from counterparts and brokers
Required skills:
Affinity to Back Office validation and confirmation processes
Knowledge of Xenon, Fenix and RMDS (nice to have)
Basic IT knowledge (mainly Excel) required
Knowledge of trading and commodities an advantage
Hands-on mentality, attention to detail and high degree of thoroughness
Team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent English skills required; other European language skills advantageous
