Projektbeschreibung:
Release Management:
Have responsibility for the complete lifecycle of application changes in alignment with a business analyst group and project management group. Specifically the assessment, prioritisation, and development of change releases in a fully outsourced environment is the main task. Key success driver is building a partner relationship to the supplier organisations
Have responsibility for managing discrete projects. Defines and plans project scope, timeframes and budgets and lead resources to deliver those projects.
Sustain Management:
Have responsibility and be accountable for availability, performance, and compliance for a group of European applications. Including accountability for the maintenance sustain costs
• Delivery of releases and projects to time, cost and quality expectations
• Timely delivery of bug fixes, patches, or upgrades needed to ensure the stability of the production environment
• Positive feedback from business customers, European Team and project sponsors
• Delivery metrics as defined by Project Management Office
• Minimal audit and compliance issues, with timely resolution as appropriate
• Stability of application availability and performance
• Achievement of go-live criteria for release promotion
• Vendor Management in a multiple vendor environment
• Experience in complex outsourced delivery models
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Communication skills
• Solid understanding of technology
• Financial Services or auto finance experience
• Budget management
• Project Management skills
• Roadmap development experience
Anforderungen:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technology operation/management experience.
• Language: Fluent English, Business level German
• Management of projects within European, mainly Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Bachelors degree or 7 years equivalent work experience
• Specialisation in Management Information Systems and/or Computer Sciences highly desirable
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) preferred
