Serveradministrator - Virtualisierung - Raum Aachen
Die Manning Global Group sucht fur einen Ihrer Kunden, ein internationales Telekommunikationsunternehmen, einen Serveradministrator im Bereich Virtualisierung fur ein Projekt in Deutschland - Raum Aachen.
Das Projekt startet sofort, die Projektdauer betragt 6 Monate und es besteht anschliessend die Moglichkeit, DASS das Projekt verlangert wird.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
-Hilfe bei der Admin und Optimierung einer VM Server Farm
-die Unterstutzung des Teams bei der Integration neuer Server oder Virtual Machines
-die Inbetriebnahme neuer Server, Server Monitoring, Automatisierung von Installationen (z.B. Jumpstart)
Die an Sie gestellten Anforderungen umfassen:
-gute praktische Kenntnisse in VM Ware: vCenter Server, VM Infrastructure, vSphere, Virtual Center; V Cloud Director ware von Vorteil aber nicht notwendig
- gute Skills in Unix/Linux, Nagios, Scripting (eg Perl),
- Datenbank Kenntnisse, z.B. MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle..
Fliessend Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist ein Muss.

VM Server Administrator - Germany
Manning Global Group is currently looking for a server administrator in virtualization for one of your clients, an international telecommunications company, for a project in Germany - Aachen area.
The project will start immediately, the project duration is 6 months and there is the possibility that the project will be extended.
Your responsibilities will include:
-To help admin and optimizing VM server farms
-To support the teams with the integration of new Servers or virtual machines
-Commissioning of new Servers, server monitoring, automation of installations (eg jump starting)
The requirements will include:
- Good knowledge of VM Ware: vCenter Server, VM Infrastructure, vSphere, Virtual Center) V Cloud director would be nice to have
- Good Unix/Linux skills, Nagios, Scripting (eg Perl),
- Good knowledge in data bases, eg MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle..
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must, German would be a big plus.
