Citrix Specialist for 2nd and 3rd Level Support and also 2nd and 3rd level support for WindowsSupport for project related requests and developing technical and process related standards
- CCA or equivalent experience
- professional experience in enterprise Citrix environment- Administration/ Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Citrix (Xenapp 6.5, Web interface, Presentation Server 4.5, XenDesktop)
- Very good interpersonal / communication skills; Project experience, ability to structure technical topics
- Experienced in Migration, Rollouts and Tests (Software-Quality Management )
Language skill: Very good English knowledge spoken and written, German also mandatory
Working hours outside labour time, on-call duty needed
Capacity: fulltime
