Task:Architect and design leading ecommerce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability
Lead teams of ecommerce solution developers - provide technical direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects
Responsible for the technical design of client solutions. This includes a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs
Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues
Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements within the Technical Services team
Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends
Establish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teams
Identify and manage risk on project
Requirements (Must have):
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field required
5+ years experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, custom and package implementation, and architecture experience
Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage teams, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
Project management with complex projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Should have strong ecommerce experience
Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives and multi-task teams
Requirements analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skills
Good business analysis/redesign skills with architecture and implementation experience
Prior experience in a consulting firm preferred
