PMO lead, Finance, retail, card, vision plus, data migration, Bank, PMO Manager, banking
This role will involve working 3 days per week out of the Hamburg office in Germany and 2 days in Northampton.
The candidate must have experience working on large scale projects and/or portfolios within a Banking/Financial Services environment, ideally within a Data Migration or Credit Card Migration Programme.
As the PMO Planning Lead you will be responsible for setting up and running the Programme Office, responsible for a major credit card migration programme. The duties will include developing governance processes and defining the programme office structure, while managing all other PMO duties such as risks and issues, project budgets and reporting.
The following experience will be required of the candidate:
* Experience of setting up PMO's within a financial services environment
* Very strong Planning skills
* Evidence of lead roles in PMO functions for significant change programmes
* A strong background in a banking environment is required
* Ideally candidates will have worked on data migration projects
* Ideally candidates will have some previous experience working on Credit Card Migrations
* Experience of global projects and liaising with stakeholders in multiple global locations is desirable
* Sound grounding in project management skills, including knowledge of appropriate control processes and methodologies
