Tätigkeit:For one of our clients within the banking sector we require an experienced Consultant (m/w).Goal is it to ensure timely completion of Requests for assigned customers/business units, ensure Requests meet their desired quality objectives, and meet the intended business need, management of customer queries, matters and issues relating to the provision of operational services, management and maintenance of Configuration Data related to their portfolio of requests. Project Description and Scope: the ISA STORM Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of STORM storage migration project. This includes the receipt, QA, validation, execution, and closure of requests, as well as providing an interface to the clients and maintaining customer reports and status updates on a regular basis. To ensure successful delivery the requests must be monitored and managed, all in collaboration with the Operational Support and Business teams. This position will also require the responsibility to schedule storage migrations and the creation and management of storage requests (SRMs) and Change Control tickets (GCMs). The following skills type notes are requested: excellent communication skills required (written & verbal), proven customer management experience, ITIL foundation certification mandatory, managing technical and Business relationships, analysis, problem solving and decision making, self-disciplined and works well within a team or individually, willing to accept/take responsibility and problem ownership, knowledge of Bank Business models, product range and services, broad knowledge of the operational and technical architectures within the Bank and of suppliers where appropriate, ability to provide direction and vision both within and outside area of responsibility, strong influencing, negotiation and team building skills and the ability to influence outside scope of responsibility, strong people management skills, ability to coach and encourage others to optimise performance.
