Tätigkeit:For one of our clients within the banking sector we require an experienced Consultant (m/w). Goal is it to provide single point of contact for receiving and vetting customer requirements and the definition of the RfS, managing the expectations of customers concerning the definition and delivery of Infrastructure Service Requests, liaison with Service Ops technical teams (internal/external) to ensure that services are provided in accordance with agreed service level offerings/agreements and service targets, production of Customer Service Reports and organising/conducting Customer Service Reviews, measuring the perception of service quality from the business and customers perspective, provision of feedback to customers on service usage and consumption, managing customer issues, escalations and complaints relating to provision of Infrastructure Service Requests and service operations, identification of improvements to processes relating to the provisioning and reporting of RfS projects, production of customer service level offerings/agreements for "non-standard" service solutions, ensuring that Service Ops, customers and users understand their responsibilities in relation to the service(s) provided. Project Description and Scope: Manager and deliver Payments Gateway UK stream. The following skill type notes are requested: excellent communication skills required (written & verbal), proven customer management experience, ITIL foundation certification mandatory, managing technical and Business relationships, analysis, problem solving and decision making, self-disciplined and works well within a team or individually, willing to accept/take responsibility and problem ownership, knowledge of Bank Business models, product range and services, broad knowledge of the operational and technical architectures within the Bank and of suppliers where appropriate, ability to provide direction and vision both within and outside area of responsibility, strong influencing, negotiation and team building skills and the ability to influence outside scope of responsibility, strong people management skills, ability to coach and encourage others to optimise performance.
