We need a really good programmer or a small team on a project of a small SaaS platform. We are looking for a team based in Germany! Specifications are ready. SaaS should be programmed with an API, Front-End and Back-End are required (HTML5/CSS3/JQuery,PHP/MySQL or Ruby on Rails). Front End should be programmed completely on top of the API. Design is nor required. It should be a project for the about 2-4 month.SPECS:

Backend: MySQL + Ruby On Rails or a PHP Framework
FrontEnd: Blueprint for CSS, Javascript/JQuery + Compress both for better performance (should follow the single page principle)
3rd Party Tools: Chargify, Crawler/Scraping, Amazon EC2 / S3
