- evaluation, verification and tracking of customer requirements
(of applications to be migrated)
- communication with customers, project managers, packet assemblers
and technicians
- installation analysis by means of MS Access
- creation of analysis according to customers' requirements
(mainly SAP, i.e. processing with MS Access and Excel)
- quality assurance of stock (SAP)
- coordination with SW product managers (license management)
- research of license proof of purchase within the group
- contact to (international) suppliers and resellers for queries with regard to offers or license terms
- good MS Access knowledge
- excellent MS Excel knowledge
- good knowledge in license law and license models
- sector know how/background: commercial with a high IT affinity, senior PMO,
IT-procurement, license management, 1-3 years relevant experience
