Project support within the regulatory environment (f/m) in Frankfurt
For our client, a financial institution Frankfurt, we are looking for external consultants (f/m) to support the project Regulatory Readiness'.
Tasks:
Conducting analysis of requirements resulting out of regulatory frameworks (eg EMIR); Development of functional concepts for diverse regulatory requirements (eg Credit risk, liquidity, stress tests); Conducting feasibility studies for selected requirements Development of project scope in coordination with other projects and functionalities; Development of necessary implementation measures for respective concepts; Engagement within the implementation phase eg coordination with other project, prioritizing IT related tasks, scoping, specification, test; Development of Powerpoint presentations for decision making bodies; Quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; Autonomous analysis, design and specification of risk functionalities and coordination within and outside the project;
Work experience: Experience in financial products and financial industry with focus on exchange business; Experience in quantitative and qualitative risk management of market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk; Experience in risk management methods, processes and systems as well as validation and governance of risk methodologies, internal and external ratings and limit framework; Experience in Basel II, Basel III, MaRisk, EMIR; Experience in the clearing industry will be an asset;
Software skills: MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, Lotus Notes; Experience in technical architecture of risk systems will be an advantage; Language skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional knowledge of German will be an asset; Soft-Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proficient manner as well as project experience; High commitment and motivation, take on responsibility, creativity and the ability to work independently as well as the ability to work flexibly in a team environment; Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive; Stress tolerant.
