Contract Admin
Search and file copies of all contracts
Compare customer contracts with Salesforce and current invoices to check if we have all contractual documents for the services we are currently billing
Scan these documents (as long as not already done), rename these with an agreed naming convention (to be agreed)
Structure folder (soft and hardcopy) in the same way eg contract live, cancelled/replaced (incl. termination letter and confirmation), other important documents (eg name changes)
Import scans into Salesforce (per Service Order) and check Salesforce at the same time (eg add contract start date, termination period or special conditions and prepare customer templates, .)
Work together with Legal, Finance and Sales department
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 weeks (with option to extend)
Lokation: Frankfurt
