Background:
My client a leading banking organisation in Frankfurt, is looking for a Consultant to work in the Product Development of their Target 2 Securities (T2S) project. The role would suit a Functional/Business Analyst with T2S experience.
Tasks/Essential Skills:
- Good understanding of securities settlement process in the German Financial Markets (ideally at an investment bank, stock exchange or similar Back Office organisation).
- Good knowledge of SWIFT Settlement Messages in ISO 15022 and preferably
- ISO 20022.
- Experience in mapping of messages (between various formats) and Connectivity.
- Experience with writing detailed specification documents as basis for technical design.
Nice to have skills:
- Knowhow of banking application CASCADE;
- Some programming skills and experience
- Understanding of T2S
- Experience with (Business Acceptance) Testing
Previous experience in investment banking, stock exchange or an ICSD (International Centralised Securities Depositary or similar, eg. Crest, Euroclear, Clearstream, LCH Clearnet, etc) will be a plus, ideally in the Settlement area.
