For our customer we are looking for a WCEM consultant / Web Channel Experience Management.Start: 26th November 2012
End: End of January 2013
Duration: Fulltime
Activity level: 4-5 days/week
Location: Area of Mannheim, remote partial possible
Project Description: Customer want see functionality of WCEM 20. Currently running a CRM 7.0 which will be upgraded with EhP2 and connect with WCEM
Tasks: Conduct a workshop to collect customer requirements
Present, explain and document the steps

Know-How:
- WCEM Consultant / Web Channel Experience Management
- Experience on configuring WCEM 2.0
- SAP CRM experience
