Project description:
Global IT Reporting & Portfolio supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Global IT Top Management in supervising and governing the IT Portfolio & IT Project Controlling, as well as IT KPI Management, IT Management Reporting and other IT Reporting services. The IT Reporting & Portfolio team consists of approximately 20 employees working in the area of Mannheim & Bangalore. Key deliverables of Global IT Reporting & Portfolio are therefore to develop consistent and coherent state-of-the-art reporting.
Key tasks in this project are:
- Creation/development of new Management Reports (Standard- and Ad-hoc Reporting)) according to customer needs
- continuously improving of existing reporting
- administration of KPI Management systems
- Service Catalogue maintenance
- Execute Data Quality Analysis and Quality Improvement Initiatives
Experiencelevel: Consultant
Requirements:
- minimum Bachelors Degree
- Very good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Very good communication skills, written and verbal, German and English
- experience in dashboard creation via SAP Dashboard (SAP Xcelsius)
- general knowledge/experience in creation of Reports for Management
- Dedicated to quality assurance and preciseness
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern
- Communicative team player & Problem resolution skills
- Proactively work with virtual teams to advance process improvements
