On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Site Solution & Design Engineer, to start as soon as possible on contract basis in Germany. Fluency in German is required.
Responsibility:
• Based on the capability of the wireless products, make the transmission, power system and cabinet adaption solution to other vendor’s transmission products.
• Installation solution between BBU and RRU
• To develop/compile the regular reporting and document and to get approved by customer within agreed time schedule, with the support of PM, such as
- Weekly report template (Slides/Excel)to different level of management---responsible
- Planning guideline
- Swap guide, ready note for migration, Swap quality checklist
- Installation documents (Installation guide, ready note for installation, installation quality checklist
? To check the site design and site documents review meetings with customer and take the meeting minutes.
? To revise the documents according the above meeting minutes.
Requirements:
• Experience in technical writer about Telecom equipment installation and commissioning
• Experience in technical planning, rollout for wireless network of installation and commissioning
• Be familiar with German standard in Telecom (Health, safety, electrical protection, grounding concept).
• Be familiar with the ISO 9000 certifications (Pflichtenheftordnung)
• Planning, coordination of documentation drafting & drawing & writing
• Understanding of customer site & equipment quality acceptance and BZA.
• GSM/UMTS back ground and experienced in BSC/RNC/BTS/NodeB
• Huawei /NSN/Ericsson general Wireless Product knowledge.
• Wireless Site-survey knowledge
• Hardware installation, mounting and cabling knowledge.
• Transmission solution, MW connectivities
• Indoor 19 inch Rack / Delta outdoor Rack, general installation knowledge.
• Power-box installation knowledge
• Hardware Grounding LPS and measurements concept knowledge.
• VDE, DIN, BGV A3 (isolation resistance and low resistance norms) & Healthy safety
• Photo-documentation and Errichterbescheinigung for electrical devices concept delivery and knowledge.
• German as native language, fluent English speaking and writing
