Task:The ITSM Project Manager (ITSM PM) will be responsible to drive the project execution for the design and implementation of ITSM processes and platforms in the context of our new operating/service delivery model as part of the new DC Strategy, independent of the selected tool to be implemented.
This includes driving the delivery of process design and the implementation thereof within the ITSM tool, testing, comprehensive training planning, procurement for associated services (eg: SaS) and potentially also hardware, network linkage, and any other required elements.
- Project planning (milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, ?)
- Pre-defined PRB and other reporting
- Budget & cost calculation
- PMF gate deliverables, covering Gate 0 to Gate 5 independent of classification of project size
- Manage procurement & approval prerequisites
- Coordination of meetings and tasks across other streams
- Ensure project tracking and recording of efforts by stakeholders
Requirements (Must have):
- Hands-on experience in Project management and Project management methodologies pertaining to ITSM
- Experience in comprehensive ITSM Life Cycle Management
- Strong experience in ITIL processes and best practices
- Previous pragmatic experience in process design and implementation
- Experience in ITSM tool scoping & requirements gathering, deployment, implementation, and testing of ITSM tool suites
- Experience in establishing Service Portfolios
- Visibility of comprehensive and cross-functional dependencies and functions within the ITSM domain
- Knowledge of impact of Organizational Change & Transition
- Pragmatic experience in leading training and workshop sessions
- Proven effective stakeholder management and communication
- Detailed approach to effective documentation management
- Proven to have worked in a fast pace and dynamic work environment
