Global Business Transformation Lead, Programme Director, Programme Manager, Business Process Transformation Lead, Global Deployment Lead,
Global Business Transformation Lead required to deliver a 5 year global business transformation programme for an industry leader including SAP deployment
Deliverables;
Deliver global business transformation programme across the company businesses in over 50 countries
Standardise business process in Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Finance, Commercial, Reporting and Master Data
Develop agreed strategy & programme/project timelines, deployment roadmap
Business Case and Strategic proposal definition
Vendor selection (RFP/Tender)
Resource management
Stakeholder management, status reporting to c-level
Management of PMO team
Blueprint, pilot implementation and template rollout to EMEA, APAC and the Americas
Required skills
Business Transformation expertise
15 years experience in roles with increasing responsibility in leading companies through business transformation/change programmes
Proven success in delivering large scale Global SAP/ERP Programmes with multi million Euro budgets on time and to budget
Managing large teams 100+
Ability to work successfully with C-level executives
Knowledge of project management methodologies and ideally PMP or Prince 2 qualified
Change Management expertise
Demonstrate the following characteristics; decisive, initiative, problem solver, committed, professional, mentor, negotiator
The role requires extensive global travel.
