IT Technician/support/user help desk/roll out support
I am currently searching for several technicians to work on site in Germany for one of Germany's largest IT outsourcing providers,
- Migration Phase 1 according to the acceptance report and technicians Manual refueling of devices via SCCM server
- Peripheral port (with new equipment - exact replacement - no additives)
- Acceptance by users with signature on acceptance report
- Collection of Old-HW for transport back
- Submission of status reports on RP - INX-Care by RP
- English beneficial
- Windows 7, Active Directory, outlook user help experience would be beneficial
- Fluent German/Advanced
- Rollout experience
