Installation Technician/IT Support
I am currently searching for several technicians to work on site in Germany for one of Germany's largest IT outsourcing providers, This is a potential long term contract
- Rework at no installed software
- Installation of non-packetized SW
- Assistance with questions on Win7, Office 2010, Outlook
- 2nd level support on site at the user
- If necessary. Backup for Rollout Technician/Floor Walker
- Information relating to UHD solution to the problem -> Update ticket status by UHD
- English beneficial
- Fluent German is essential
