Manning Global currently is looking for a German speaking freelance Senior Project Manager for a Rollout / Swap Design Concept function within the mobile Telecommunications in Germany, starting ASAP for about 6 months.
Your task will be to elaborate a rollout / swap design concept for latest technology of Mobile Networks based on input from strategic Management:
This includes the detailed design for a cluster based swap in the regions in Germany, therefore coordinate between vendor, client and engineering on technical level. You will elaborate cluster based swap processes and a quality concept for a mass roll out, the full documentation of the above. You will execute and implement lessons learned analysis results, based on the input from strategic management.
For this you shall have a good background of similar experience within the Telecoms industry including positions related to rollout/swap designs on detailed level and for larger projects. As a Project Manager or Project Director you have gained hands-on knowledge of latest mobile technology such as Radio, Core and Microwave on 3G and/or 4G (LTE) during rollout or swap projects in the past; you have good process analysis and modeling skills and able to moderate between involved parties. You are a good presenter in German and English language, you are used to communicate on board level, you can handle high pressure, deliver to expected timelines. This role will include travel.
