Manning Global currently is looking for a German speaking freelance Senior Project Manager for a Rollout Planning and Strategy function within the mobile Telecommunications in Germany, starting ASAP for about 8 months.
Your task will be to elaborate a rollout strategy for latest technology of Mobile Networks:
This includes the full strategy check, feasibility studies and checks with clients and vendors, lead time analysis as input for detailed rollout/swap designers ; KPIs, Budgeting and Milestones for rollout planning purposes, adjust the relevant tracking tools for new requirements of such a rollout / swap, full documentation of the above;
For this you shall have a good background of similar experience within the Telecoms industry including strategic positions related to rollout plans and designs on higher level. As a Project Manager or Project Director you have gained ground knowledge of latest mobile technology such as Radio, Core and Microwave on 3G and/or 4G (LTE) during rollout or swap projects in the past; you are a good presenter in German and English language, you are used to communicate on board level, you can handle high pressure, deliver to expected timelines. This role will include travel.
