Role/Task:
- Experienced SAP CRM ERMS Consultant
- ERMS = E-Mail Response Management
- Coordination and organization of project meetings
- Implementation/customizing
- Test management and prototype cycles
- Coordination and optimization of test cycles
- Controlling of test results
- Controlling of improvements
- Realization of documentation
Skill:
- At least 5 years' experience in SAP CRM
- Experience in SAP CRM ERMS (must)
- Profound understanding of CRM business processes
- Results- and quality-oriented
- Very communicative in IT and business
- Flexible, service-oriented, resilient, team player
- Flexible in working with respect to different project phases
- Fluent German language skills (writing/speaking)
