IT Service Manager
Skills/ Knowledge’s
• Operational Service Management for Group IT Infrastructure
• Provider management for Group IT Infrastructure
• Promote Group IT Infrastructure providers and services
• Support local and regional IT Management regarding Group IT Infrastructure services and providers
• Identify and spread best practice in Monier IT community)

• ITIL certification
• Project Management certification beneficial
• University degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• More than 3 years experience in IT-Service Management
• Experience in the management of external partners and suppliers
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm during major incidents, escalations, etc.
• Ability to identify, eliminate or contain technical and business risks
• Excellent conversation and negotiation in English
• Ability to focus on key issues
• Pro-active and autonomous working
• Performance and result oriented
