Urgently seeking experienced CORE NETWORK Rollout Project Managers with previous Ericsson experience. To support our client with the control of the national implementation of network elements and systems as well as the management of the external partners in this area. In addition, supporting issues such as network expansion plans and Configuration, Deployment and Configuration Management for issues such as frequency coordination and connection optimization.
- Creating a rollout strategy for Ericsson regions or others
- Determine the overall strategy
- Feasibility Study with the vendor
- Feasibility Study with the experts in the regions
- Lead time performing analysis as input for the Detailed Design Analysis
- Implementing lessons learned from LTE rollout as input for the Detailed Design
- Creation of planning guidelines for the implementation of the rollouts
- PPLUS adaptation of tools for the new requirements
- Complete documentation of the above
Requirements:
- Previous Experience as Rollout Manager Access, able to perform the listed tasks in the Job description
- Coordination experience with multiple parties
- Knowledge of wireless technologies (Radio/Core)
- Vast Experience in the rollout planning/conceptual
- Project Management skills with experience with MS Project and good presentation skills.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to successfully translate technical specifications into details designs and working software on projects of varying size and scope.
- Strong process orientation, work ethic and personal discipline
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and development
- Ability to Work under pressure
- Team Player, but also able to work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Academic degree (preferred in Electrical/Communications) or equivalent experience.
- English + German language skills mandatory (project language.
