3) Development Environment: Visual Studio 2010;
4) Development Language (primary): C#;
5) Service bus integration: BizTalk 2009 Enterprise;
6) Database: SQL Server 2005 & 2008;
7) Run time: .Net Framework 3.5;
8) Resource management: Active Directory 2008
