<p>We need very urgent for a client project an experienced Solution Designer Telephony Applications with the following skills:</p><ul>
<li>Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or similar acquired knowledge</li>
<li>Experience with contact centre technology and processes including ACD, CM, IVR (CVP) modules</li>
<li>Experience with large scale CTI / CSTA / JTAPI / TAPI integrations running on CTIOS</li>
<li>Know how about voice recording and customer authentication (ASC,Nice,Verint,Cisco)</li>
<li>Remote troubleshooting in contact centre environment (PRISMA, Teamviewer etc)</li>
<li>Know how in the area of classical PSTN and IP telephony: DSS1, SIP, QSIG, ISDN</li>
<li>Experience with client and server virtualization (Citrix,VDI, VMWare, ESX, V-Block)</li>
<li>User Administration know how (AD, Group Policies)</li>
<li>Network know how (CN, VoIP, FW , DHCP, DNS, VPN)</li>
<li>Data exchange interfaces (MQ Import, SOAP, proprietary Dremove)</li>
<li>Data base know how in SQL or Oracle</li>
<li>Certified Cisco Voice or Network specialist and ITIL V3 foundation are a plus</li>
<li>Experience with CISCO IP Phones or other major IP phones are beneficial </li>
<li>Work experience in large IT infrastructure projects with multiple vendors and work streams</li>
<li>Ability to explain complex technical systems clearly</li>
<li>Experienced in customer communication</li>
<li>Excellent command of English and German Language</li>
<li>Experience with Allianz Business Process and related tools (ABS) is beneficial </li>
<li>Product ownership including roadmap and risk management responsibilities<br />
</li>
<li>Operates service at specified quality and availability levels</li>
<li>Reengineering and tuning of service as required, system test and surveillance<br />
</li>
<li>Adjustment of service to new technical or operative requirements </li>
<li>Installation, integration and configuration of off-the-shelf software components</li>
<li>Problem- and change management </li>
<li>Know-how Transfer between internal and external parties, alignment with other product owners</li>
<li>Consulting to customers and support of users, product marketing and stakeholder management </li>
<li>Documentation of service and service performance</li>
</ul>
