<p>We need very urgent for a client project an experienced Project Manager Workstream with the following skills:</p><ul>
<li>Support creation of Work Stream deliverables</li>
<li>Supporting other Work Streams in creating processes</li>
<li>Discussing technical details for virtual client environment</li>
<li>Creating documents</li>
<li>Communication and coordination with other Work Streams, Program Management and PMO</li>
<li>Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint,?)</li>
<li>Knowledge about Product Management and documentation</li>
<li>Knowledge with Product Service Definitions and documentation</li>
<li>Knowledge about ITIL Processes and documentation</li>
<li>Knowledge in Support Processes</li>
<li>Knowledge about service structures </li>
<li>Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling</li>
</ul>
Anforderung:
Projektstart: Oktober 2012
Projektende: 6 Months + Option
